We use Organic and Non-GMO seeds. Our packaging is BPI and CMA certified compostable with home garden compostable labels. We are a ServSafe certified company and take food safety seriously.
We harvest and deliver on the same day to ensure you are always receiving the freshest produce possible. We are happy to grow specific crops and create custom blends. We would be happy to discuss any options.

It has a number of anti-cancer compounds and lowers LDL cholesterol better than full grown cabbage. These microgreens are best uncooked, but can be put on nearly anything due to their mild flavor. This microgreens mix is a simple mix that make a great base for any microgreens salad, sandwich, etc. The mix does contain arugula and southern giant mustard, which together gives it a strong kick.
